2019年即將走到盡頭，筆者在這裡通過所攝得影像回顧2019年在香港發生的一系列事件。今年最令人矚目的，自然是由【反送中】運動所觸發，爾後持續了六個月的長期抗爭運動。這所謂的【逆權運動】不僅震動了特區政府和中共統治階級，更受到舉世矚目。國外媒體以空前規模爭相報導。 筆者特別選擇這單一而具有歷史性的事件做為2019年回顧的主題。
長達六個月的抗爭期間本港以及海外攝影記者在報導前線付出了他們的汗水甚至冒著生命危險更不惜受傷把抗爭的真相訴諸世人。同行們彰顯了無比勇氣，我為他們感到驕傲。在長達數月的激烈抗爭裡筆者一個人所能做的很有限，我個人報導的涵蓋面更有限。我不敢說我為此次報導衝鋒陷陣，不過也飽嘗了催淚彈的滋味和二噁英污染。我想在這2019非常特殊的一年即將完結之時與攝影同行和普通市民分享我在現場看過的歷史真實，希望從影像裡面再一次回顧事件的大小片段，哪怕是千分之一，片鱗半爪，讓我們再感受一下香港人在與中共極權和它的奴才，佞臣，流氓無賴，黑社會打手的搏鬥裡面所展現的頑強鬥志和勇氣。

As Year 2019 is coming to an end, I would like to present here, a REVIEW of what happened in Hong Kong in the YEAR 2019, particularly, the persistent CIVIL DISOBEDIENCE that lasted for 6 months that triggered off by Hong Kong Government's move to legislate 'Extradition Bill'. In my REVIEW, I have singled out this particular incident which, not only shocked HKSAR Government but shook the Authoritarian Regime led by Chinese Communist Party in Beijing. The INCIDENT we saw in Hong Kong this year was a HISTORICAL EVENT of most unusual kind in the recent social development in Asia.
Unprecedented numbers of PRESS Corps have participated in the coverage of 6 months of PROTESTS, many reporters, particularly PHOTOGRAPHERS and Cameramen have risked their life covering unique civil unrest that almost engulfed the entire CITY and influenced the life of million Hong Kong Citizens for half a Year. Meanwhile the persisting PROTESTS have led to the Pro-Democracy political camps' landslide victory in 2019 District Council Election against counter-reactionary forces typically signified by Pro-Chinese Communist lawmakers and henchmen in Hong Kong. Furthermore, the PROTESTS have promoted United States' Government to legislate HONG KONG HUMAN RIGHTS & DEMOCRACY ACT which would enforce substantial sanction against HKSAR and CHINESE COMMUNIST OFFICIALS who took part in the oppression against Citizens of Hong Kong.
As an International Wire Photographer, what I can do is limited, I couldn't simply cover every events that took place in the City in the last 6 months. Nevertheless it is my wish to share what I saw through my camera, hoping that the viewers could feel how much effort and sacrifices have been given to the struggle for FREEDOM AND DEMOCRACY in the City where International Political Contract, ONE COUNTRY TWO SYSTEM is being dismantled brick by brick by Chinese Communist Regime in Beijing. We should all behold, the price which Citizen of Hong Kong have paid under an Oppressive Chinese Regime that trample on the Universal Value which WE, the FREE PEOPLE all cherish and hold dear.

( 1 ) 6月12日上千抗爭者在中環金鐘利用障礙物堵路，隨後在政府總部發生了激烈警民衝突，遂開始了長達六個月的‘反送中’【逆權運動】。Thousand of citizens started to block main avenue on Harcourt Road, using available obstacles at Admirarly Central on 12th of June. This action of protest subsequently led to the violent confrontation with Riot Policemen in the late afternoon guarding the Government Headquarter. The INCIDENT triggered off a Civil Disobedience of unprecedented scale in Hong Kong history that persisted for 6 months.
（ 2 ）6月26日，數千市民在夜晚於中環愛丁堡廣場集會向國際發出了香港人為民主自由繼續鬥爭的意志和決心。Large numbers of citizen participated in the evening rally at Edinburg Place, CENTRAL to send clear messages to the World that Hong Kongers will fight on for Freedom and Democracy.
( 3 ) 7月1日夜晚，上千示威者衝擊立法會大樓並佔領議事廳數小時。此事件對政府總部內設施造成極大破壞震驚中共和特區政府。 On the evening of 1st of July, Hong Kong Govenrment Headquarter was violently attacked by thousand of protesters. Subsequently, Government Building and Conference Hall was temporarily occupied and it's facilities severely vandalized. The incident shocked HKSAR and Chinese Communist Regime in Beijing.
( 4 ) 7月21日夜晚在上環，中環一帶示威者與防暴警察在干諾道發生了激烈衝突，警察使用了大量催淚彈。 On the evening of 21st of July, large number of protesters gathered in the area of Sheung Wan and Central along Connuaght Road that led to violent confrontation with the Riot Police. Many tear gases were fired at the protesters.
( 5 ) 8月13-14日晚上，在香港國際機場離境大樓內外示威者與防暴警察發生了激烈衝突導致機場運作幾乎完全停止，很多外國遊客被逼滯留在機場過夜席地而睡。On the evening of 13-14 of August, the fierce confrontation broke out between protesters and the Riot Police inside Hong Kong International Airport Departure Hall resulted in almost complete shut down of International Airport, thousand of flights cancelled, large number of travelers forced to sleep overnight inside the Terminal.
